Created For Athletes 

PTD was created to change the lives of athletes in the best, and most positive, professional way possible. We believe in helping them achieve their ultimate goals. Whether that be by helping them by playing for a college, or just by supplying them the tools they need to be better at their sport(s).  We focus on Speed, Agility, Quickness, (SAQ) Training. Strength Training, Position Specific Training, Corrective Exercise Training, and Injury Prevention. We also help in the recruitments process.  We help guide athletes on the best ways to get recruited, and what college scouts, and coaches are looking for . We focus on the WHOLE ATHLETE. We also provide training programs, and consultations to help the athlete stay on track with their goals.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

HARD WORK CHANGES EVERYTHING

As a Professional Fitness Trainer that has a Bachelor's of Science  in Exercise Science. As well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM, CPT). I bring a wealth of knowledge in all different aspects of training. I also bring in other knowledge of different nationally accredited training aspects such as, National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and American Council on Exercise (ACE). I as well bring in five years of coaching experience in all positions for high school, and middle school football. Along with personal one-on-one training for general populations. I created this business to help individuals achieve their long-term dreams and goals. Knowing that I can bring my expertise to helping them achieve these things, and to be a part of them is the reason why I chose to be a Personal Trainer / Coach.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING 1-ON-1

Stability Training, Speed, Agility, Quickness, (SAQ) Training. Plyometric Training, Strength Training, Power Training, and Injury Prevention

This package you will get all of the following that has been listed above. Once again we will focus on the WHOLE Athlete. Each athlete will have his or her own custom personalized training program.

Services

​

Weekly: One-Hour Sessions, at 3 days a week. ($30 per session).

 

Monthly: One-Hour-Thirty Minute Sessions, at 3 days a week. ($400 per month). *Also includes filming, of athletes games, and notes of their weaknesses and strengths.

​

*Athletes can have more than 3 sessions if they desire. This is just an average.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING GROUP

​

​

 Emphasis on Speed, Agility, Quickness, (SAQ) Training, and Plyometrics.

​

 

This package you will receive a circuit type based training including all of the following that was listed above. Each athlete will work from station-to-station.

Weekly: One-Hour Sessions, at 3 days a week. ($10 per session).
